So Many Dicks
Turns out, a good dick joke really can change the world. While most companies were turning their backs on diversity, e.l.f. doubled down, and they brought receipts. e.l.f. crunched the names and numbers and discovered there are more men named “Dick”, just “Dick”, on U.S. corporate boards than entire groups of underrepresented people. It was time to “change the board game.”
“SMD” is the most successful campaign in e.l.f.’s history, it’s actively changing boardrooms, and it was celebrated in award-world with everything from the One Show fusion pencil to some blingy Cannes Lions and the rare honor of being shortlisted in both titanium and glass.
“Serving Facts” with Billie Jean King
Who better to talk about equity in the boardroom than the icon of equity herself – Billie Jean King. As part of the “Change the Board Game” initiative, BJK disrupts a very important meeting to serve up some cold hard facts.
Show Yourself
This series celebrates bold disruptors with kind hearts and insanely inspiring stories. The videos are some of the most watched in the e.l.f.-iverse. Amanda Nguyens’s story was also celebrated at the U.N. and Chella Man’s story premiered at the Tribeca Film festival as part of the “Tribeca X awards.
